Database cleansing/Data cleaning is the process of detecting and correcting (or removing) corrupt or inaccurate records from a record set or database.

Whether you have your own contact data, a sourced opt-in database, new or old you’re going to require data cleansing services.

In B2B marketing, up-to-date and comprehensive data is the key to reaching the right prospects with the right message.

You may use your data for postal, email or telemarketing but you still need to check it regularly to keep it up to date and accurate.

We will take your data list and do one complete run through then export it back to you showing:

CLEANSED – Data is up to date and accurate
DEAD CONTACT– Person Left
DEAD COMPANY – Company closed down
ATTEMPTED – Meaning we called but no answer or the person who answered was unsure

Generally a list of 1000 contacts will take on average 60 hours.
We can work directly from your own CRM system if you do not want to export data out.

We advise having an annual cleanse of data or if you have recently run a campaign and got a lot of bounce backs you will need to check it for accuracy before using it again.


We offer data cleansing at a reduced rate from the usual telemarketing fee.
